Cancellation Policy

We offer our customers flexibility in rescheduling because we know that plans can change. Kindly  familiarize yourself with our cancellation and no-show policy:

If you need to change or cancel your appointment, you can do so up to 2 hours prior to your appointment. This allows us to accommodate other customers.

If you cancel within 2 hours of your appointment you will be automatically charged. This fee helps cover the costs associated with your reserved spot.
